i also tried to swim away my irritation.

it kinda worked.

i swam and swam and swam.

and felt better.

then my arms started to hurt from the swim and swim and swimming.

and that irritated me.

but only a little.

i am sure once i wash all the chlorine from my skin and hair and find something on tv that is not about bug(not vw)looking cars, i will be quite happy.

i was soo busy yesterday that i forgot about counselling.

oops.

i supposed i should call in.

that could lead to more irritation.

and more swimming.
